How long does a move to Dubai take?
Sea freight to Dubai takes around 3–4 weeks. Including packing and customs clearance, plan for 6–8 weeks in total. Air freight is possible in 5–7 days, but is best suited to smaller or urgent shipments.
What does a move to Dubai cost?
For a full move of a three-room apartment, costs are around EUR 7,500–9,500 by sea freight. The price depends on volume and additional services. After a survey we prepare a binding fixed-price quote.
Which items may not be imported into Dubai?
The UAE prohibits the import of alcohol (except with a licence), certain medications, pork products and material classified as offensive. Our team advises you on the import regulations in advance and ensures your container clears customs without trouble.
